摘要
利用GT-FUEL、GT-POWER建立了电控喷油器模型和柴油机模型并进行了耦合。在标定转速和32MPa的轨压条件下,进行了喷油器变参数对柴油机燃用二甲醚性能的影响研究。结果表明,综合考虑柴油机性能,所用电控喷油器应适当减小喷孔直径和增加孔数、减小控制室容积、增大回油节流孔径和进油节流孔径。
The simulation models of diesel and electronic control fuel injector were established and coupled in GT software. Under the condition of the rated speed and 320bar for common rail pressure, the effect of varia- ble parameters of fuel injector on DME engine has been discussed. The results show that it will be effective in order to improve the performance of engine to decrease nozzle diameter and increase hole number, to reduce the volume of control room, to increase the diameter of Z-throttle and A-throttle of fuel injector properly.
