摘要 针对缸套微坑加工现有技术存在的问题,尤其是小直径缸套微坑加工困难问题,提出了利用低频振动刮削微坑加工的新方法。对低频振动刮削式微坑加工机理进行了分析,依照该理论设计了相应的微坑成型装置,并对微坑加工相关参数进行了计算,最后在车床上进行了加工实验验证。结果表明,利用低频振动刮削加工方式对小直径缸套的微坑加工有良好的效果。 A new micro-dimple machining method of cylinder using low-frequency vibration scraping is put for- ward against the problems of existing machining technology, especially the difficulty of machining the small-di- ameter cylinder. The processing mechanism of low-frequency vibration scraping is analyzed, the corresponding micro-dimple forming device is designed in accordance with this theory, the related parameters of machining micro-dimple are calculated, and finally the verification experiments are carried out on the lathe. The results show that it has a good effect by using low-frequency vibration scraping to machining micro-dimples of small- diameter cylinder.
