摘要
带有多台阶双面成形的复杂杯形件尺寸公差要求±0.1mm,侧壁12个垂直立面根部要求锐边,按照通用挤压工艺难以达到。文章采用新的缩放率计算方法,对尺寸公差要求在±0.1mm、侧壁12个垂直立面根部要求锐边、带有多台阶双面成形的复杂杯形件进行模具尺寸修正,并对成形工艺进行有限元模拟和工艺分析,达到产品质量要求,同时提高了产品性能和材料利用率,为同类型产品机加工艺实现挤压工艺替代提供参考。
For complicated cup shaped parts with dimensional accuracy demanding ±0.1mm and with roots of 12 perpendicular facades on the side wall demanding sharp edges,conventional extrusion process is difficult to do.The new scaling rate calculating method was adopted for die size correction.Finite element simulation and technical analysis were carried out.Product demands were realized with product performance and material utilization rate being promoted.The result provides reference for adopting extrusion instead of machining for the similar cup shaped parts.
