摘要
采用弹塑性有限元法,利用大型非线性有限元软件对棒材二辊矫直过程进行数值模拟,得到了矫直过程中棒材对矫直辊、侧导卫作用力随时间变化规律;确定了在矫直过程中棒材与上下辊及侧导卫的主要接触区域,并对矫直后的最大挠度进行了分析。矫直力与理论值的比较结果基本吻合;上下辊、侧导卫的磨损区域及矫后棒材的最大挠度的实验结果与数值分析结果相一致。所建模型及分析结果可以为理论研究及实际生产提供指导。
A 3D FEM model of two-roll straightening is created using nonlinear elastic-plastic finite element method by the nonlinear FEM software.Reaction forces of rolls and blades are analyzed.The situations of contact between bar and rolls,bar and blades are confirmed.Curvature of bar after straightening is analyzed.Straightening forces of the simulation are compared with the theoretical values and the results are close.The worn area of rolls and blades and bar's curvature after straightening are studied by actual production and the results are close with the numerical results.This model and results of analysis will offer direction for theoretical research and actual production.
