摘要
本文从植物类原球茎的定义、诱导条件、起源与性质、发生发育机理及应用等方面介绍了国内外的研究进展。综合国内外的研究认为,类原球茎是胚胎发生与器官发育的复合体,是植物在组培条件下产生的人工种子,在植株高效再生、遗传转化、次生代谢物质生产、细胞工程、植物发育生物学研究等领域均有广泛的应用前景。
In this paper the research advances in definition,induction approaches,natural origin,mechanism and application of plant protocorm-like body（PLB） were reviewed.PLB is thought to be integrity of embryogenesis and organogenesis,and to be natural artificial seeds produced by plant through tissue culture.PLB have wide applications in plant regeneration,genetic transformation,production of secondary metabolites,cell engineer,plant developmental biology and other fields.
