摘要
以六氟-2,3-二氯-2-丁烯(R1316)为原料,采用锌粉脱氯还原的方法,研究并制备目标产物六氟-2-丁炔。通过对反应溶剂、温度、时间和原料摩尔配比的考察,采用单因素实验法寻找制备六氟-2-丁炔的最优条件。实验发现最优的反应条件是以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺做反应溶剂,80℃下反应3.0 h,摩尔比n(R1316)∶n(Zn)=1.0∶1.0,并在此条件下以工业品为原料制备得到GC纯度≥95%的六氟-2-丁炔,产率69%。
R1316 is used as raw material to research and produce hexafluoro -2 -butyne by Zn powder dechlorination. We adopt single - factor experiments to explore the reaction solvent, temperature, time and the mole ratio of raw material, and search the best conditions of producing hexafluoro - 2 - butyne. It was found that the reaction solvent of DMF, the reaction temperature 80 ℃ for 3.0 h, the molar ratio ofn(R1316) :n (Zn) = 1.0 : 1.0 can get the better of the results, hexafluoro -2 -butyne of GC purity of 95% and 69% yield was prepared under the experimental conditions.
