Talent Needs and Training of Financial Services Outsourcing in China

摘要 2008年美国次贷危机引发的全球金融风暴使得国际金融市场形势严峻,迫使许多跨国金融巨头重新制定其国际战略布局,催生了全球金融服务外包业的加速转移。金融服务外包,作为我国BPO服务外包市场的重要组成部分发展迅速。随着我国金融服务外包业的快速发展,金融服务外包人才匮乏问题日益凸显,已成为制约我国金融服务外包业向纵深发展的瓶颈。本文陈述了金融服务外包业的现状,指出了金融服务外包业的发展趋势,阐明了金融服务外包业的人才需求,分析了金融服务外包人才培养模式及存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。 In 2008, the situation of international financial market became worse and more serious as a result of the global financial storm caused by the U. S. subprime mortgage crisis, which forced multinational financial giants to refor- mulate their international strategic layout and accelerated the transfer of the glob- al financial services outsourcing industry. Financial outsourcing, as the important part of BPO, is developing rapidly in China. This paper discussed the current sit- uation of financial outsourcing in China, and pointed out the development trend in the future. Based on the discussion, we clarified the talent needs of financial services outsourcing, analyzed the talent training patterns and problems, and made improvement proposals.
