摘要
本文根据电动单梁起重机在定检过程中存在的主梁下挠、大车啃轨、钢丝绳断丝断股、馈电滑线安全距离不达标的问题。针对上述现象依据最新的《起重机械安全规程》、《起重机定期检验规则》使用了激光测距仪等仪器,对其进行了空载、额载和卸载性能试验,通过检测数据分析主梁下挠、大车啃轨的成因,对钢丝绳断丝断股数量计算,以及现场检查分析出钢丝绳断丝断股的成因。实际检查分析出馈电滑线安全距离不达标的原因。按照上述问题及成因分析,为使用单位提出了解决方案,并对后期使用过程和检验提出了意见和建议,保证起重机后续使用过程的安全运行。
Based on the problems in the regular inspection process of electric single girder cranes, such as, main beam under torsion, cart skew, broken steel wires, safety distances of slide feed line are not standard, and so on, this paper uses a laser range finder and other equipment according to the new Crane Sc(ety Regulations, Crane Periodic Inspection Rules to conduct the no-load, amount load and unload performance tests, analyzed the cause of main beam under torsion and cart skew through test data, calculated the amount of broken steel wires and analyzed the reasons through on-site inspection, and analyzed the cause that the safety distances of slide feed line are not standard, which gave the solution for the units and made opinions and suggestions for the using process in the later stage and test, to ensure the safe operation of cranes in the follow-up using process.
