摘要
目的 :了解中药换肾合剂对环孢霉素 A (Cs A )肝肾毒性的防护作用。方法 :以Cs A5 0 mg/ kg·d灌胃 7d导致急性 Cs A肝肾中毒 ,另二组给药前分别给换肾合剂 4ml/ kg· d和 8ml/k· d。结果 :Cs A中毒大鼠表现为明显肝、肾功能损害 ,SOD下降 ,L PO生成增加、近曲小管上皮细胞和肝细胞空泡样变。给予换肾合剂能使肝、肾功能损害有所减轻 ,脂质过氧化指标等明显改善 ,组织学损害明显减轻。结论 :换肾合剂能够保护 Cs
Objective:To investigate the effect of Huan Shen Mixture,a Chinese Traditional Medicinal herb on hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity in rats.Methods:Administering CsA 50mg/kg·d to group of rats for 7 days resulted in CsA acute intoxication.Other two groups received Huang Shen Mixture 4ml/kg·d and 8mg/kg·d before CsA.Result:Rats with CsA had a severe damage on function of liver and kidney,SOD decreased and LPO increased significantly,Histological examination demonstrated vaculiation in proximal tuble and liver cell.In protective experiment,values of the parameters mentioned above were improved and the histological damage was reduced.Conclusion:[Huan Shen Mixture can protect liver and kidney from CsA NT and CsA HT.
