肿瘤转移的几种理论模型及其意义
摘要
肿瘤转移是恶性肿瘤的主要特征，也是肿瘤患者致死的主要原因。没有发生转移的恶性肿瘤的治疗预后很好；而一旦发生了转移，患者基本上已经失去了彻底治愈肿瘤的机会。因此，肿瘤转移是肿瘤临床治疗实践中迫切需要解决的问题，肿瘤转移的机制研究也成为当前研究的热点。
