摘要
目的研究COPD合并糖尿病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的变化及相关因素分析。方法选择50例COPD患者为研究对象,按是否合并糖尿病分为COPD组(25例),COPD合并糖尿病组(25例),同期体检健康的25例作为正常对照组,检测血清MMP-9,C反应蛋白,血气分析,肺功能变化。结果 COPD组,COPD合并糖尿病组血清MMP-9和CRP水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。COPD合并糖尿病组血清MMP-9和CRP水平高于COPD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);COPD组,COPD合并糖尿病组PaO2水平明显低于对照组,PaCO2水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。COPD合并糖尿病组PaO2,水平低于COPD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组间PaCO2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);COPD组,COPD合并糖尿病组肺功能水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。COPD合并糖尿病组肺功能水平低于COPD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COPD合并糖尿病检测各项指标更差,病情更严重,病死率更高,应该引起足够重视。
Objective To discuss the changes of MMP-9 in the patients with ARDS complicated DM and analysis of relative factors. Methods Fifty patients with COPD were studied, divided into COPD group (n = 25 ) and COPD complicated DM group ( n = 25 ) , 25 cases who were healthy as the normal group, to detect the changes of serum MMP-9,CRP, blood gas analysis,lung function. Results The serum MMP-9,CRP in COPD group, COPD complicated DM group were significantly higher than those in normal group, there were sig- nificant differences (P 〈 O. 01 ), and the serum MMP-9, CRP in COPD complicated DM group were higher than those in COPD group, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The levels of PaO2 in COPD group, COPD complicated DM group were significantly lower than those in normal group, and the levels of PaCO2were significantly higher than those in normal group, there were significant differences (P 〈0.01 ) , and the levels of PaO2 in COPD complicated DM group were lower than those in COPD group, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while the levels of PaCO2 had no signillcant difference among the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). The levels of lung function in COPD group, COPD complicated DM group were significantly lower than those in normal group,there were significant differences (P 〈 0. 01 ), and the levels of lung function in COPD complicated DM group were lower than those in COPD group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The levels were worse, the illness were more serious, the fatality rates were more higher in patients with COPD complicated DM, and we should take more attentions.
