摘要
目的对女性不孕症患者焦虑、抑郁状况及其生活质量进行调查分析。方法共调查不孕症患者275例,对其各种精神状况的特征进行分析。结果焦虑患者中具有较高比例的肥胖症、受教育程度为中等及以下的患者、单纯女方不孕原因患者,与无焦虑组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);抑郁患者中具有较大的比例的肥胖症和单纯女方不孕原因患者,与无抑郁组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);躯体健康评分在不同焦虑状态中比较及其不同抑郁状态中比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而生活质量的其他的观察指标在两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神障碍在女性不孕症患者中具有较高的发病率,而对其生活质量具有严重影响的一个因素就是精神障碍。
Objective To survey the female infertility patients with anxiety, depression and quality of life. Methods We investigated 275 infertility patients, the mental condition of various features were analyzed. Results Compared with without anxiety group,the proportion of obesity,level of education for the middle and below,simply because the woman＇s infertility patients of anxiety group were significant higher（P 〈 0.05）; Compared with without depression group, the proportion of obesity,simply because the woman＇s infertility patients of depression group were significant higher（P 〈 0.05 ）; There were no significant differences in physical health score between different anxiety stuation group and different depression stuation group （P 〉 0.05）,but there were significant differences in other indicators of quality of life （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mental disorders in female infertility patients have a high incidence and has serious impact on their quality of life, and it is a factor of mental disorders.
