摘要
目的 探讨山莨菪碱 (6 5 4 2 )对内毒素致伤急性肺损伤 (ALI)大鼠的防治作用和可能机制。方法 观察 6 5 4 2对ALI大鼠血气分析和肺组织损伤的影响 ,并采用原位杂交法检测肺组织TNFα、IL 8mRNA表达和ELISA检测肺组织匀浆TNFα、IL 8含量的改变。结果 6 5 4 2干预后可减轻ALI大鼠肺组织损伤程度 ,减少肺组织TNFα、IL 8mRNA表达及其肺组织匀浆含量。结论 6 5 4 2可能通过抑制TNFα、IL 8mRNA表达 ,减少肺组织中TNFα、IL
Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of anisodamine(654 2) on LPS induced acute lung injury (ALI) and its mechanism. Methods The change of the expression and the content of tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα),interleukin 8(IL 8) mRNA and protein in pulmonary tissue of ansodamine treated rats with ALI were measared with in situ hybridization and ELISA. Meanwhile, the pathologic changes were examined with light microscope. Results The administration of 654 2 inhibited the expression of TNFα, IL 8 mRNA and protein, and alleviated the pulmonary tissue damage. Conclusion 654 2 has a protective effect on rats with ALI through down regulating of the expression of TNFα and IL 8.
