摘要
本文根据城市科技竞争力的基本概念及内涵,遵循科学性、均衡性、可操作性、规范化原则,构建了中国副省级城市科技竞争力评价指标体系,通过对城市综合竞争力进行排序,结合各城市科技竞争力增长指数测算分析,对我国15个副省级城市2006—2010年科技竞争力的动态变化进行评价研究,并结合科技竞争力与经济竞争力的协调性分析,为提升科技竞争力、加强科技对经济转型升级的支撑作用,进一步推动创新型城市建设提供决策依据。
Based on the basic conception of a city's science and technology competitiveness, this paper establishes an evaluation indi- cator system which is used to evaluate the vice-province cities' competitiveness, followed the principles of scientification, comprehen- siveness, maneuverability and standardization. By ranking the overall competitiveness and integrating with the analysis of growth index calculation for science and technology competitiveness, the paper studies on science and technology competitiveness and development of the 15 vice-province cities from 2006 to 2010 Integrated the coordination analysis of the S&T competitiveness and the economic competi- tiveness. This paper provides references for decision-makers to promote a city's S&T competitiveness, to strengthen the role of science and technology in support of economic transformation and upgrading, and to further push on the construction of innovative city.
