摘要
目的:观察卵巢功能低下伴有不孕症患者在促排卵前行人工周期预治疗的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2009年4月~2010年7月收治的98例卵巢功能低下伴有不孕症的患者,按照患者的性质分为体外受精失败组29例,卵巢早衰(POF)组20例,卵巢功能低下组49例。从生命网络调控的观点出发,每组患者均进行中药俞氏促卵泡方为主,辅助适量的雌激素+调经促孕丸联用3个月,同时加以心理健康辅导进行半年以上的治疗。观察治疗后各组症状、排卵率、妊娠率以及月经第3天后血清性激素的变化。结果:98例患者进行治疗后,各组患者的全身症状均明显改善,各组患者血清雌二醇(E2)水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平明显下降(P<0.05),预治疗后患者的妊娠率为30.61%(30/98),排卵率由预治疗前的13.27%(13/98)增至51.02%(50/98,P<0.05)。结论:俞氏促卵泡方为主的预治疗,有效地缓解了卵巢功能低下患者的临床症状,降低了血清卵泡刺激素水平,提高了临床排卵率及妊娠率。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of artificial cycle pretreatment before ovarian stimulation in the patients with infertility combined with ovarian dysfunction. Methods : Ninety - eight patients with infertility combined with ovarian dysfunction who were treated in the hospital from April 2009 to July 2010 were selected, then they were divided into unsuccessful in vitro fertilization (IVF) group (29 patients), premature ovarian failure (POF) group ( 20 patients ), and ovarian dysfunction group ( 49 patients ) . From the view of life -network regulation, the patients in the three groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine (the main therapy) plus appropriate estrogen and Tiaojingcuyun pills for three months, at the same time, all the patients received psychotherapy for more than half a year. The symptoms, ovulation rates, pregnancy rates, and the changes of serum sex hormones on the third day of menstrual cycle after treatment in the three groups were observed. Results: After treatment, the general symptoms of the patients in the three groups were improved significantly, there was no statistically significant difference in the serum estradiol level among the three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ) , the serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; after pretreatment, the pregnancy rate was 30. 16% ( 30/98 ), the ovulation rate increased from 13.27% ( 13/98 ) before pretreatment to 51.02% (50/98) ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion : Pretreatment can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with ovarian dysfunction, reduce serum FSH level, and improve clinical ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
