摘要
针对一般高速机构的动平衡问题,提出了一种普遍适用的基于振动响应的动平衡优化方法。与传统动平衡方法不同,该方法直接以降低振动响应为目标。通过频域内的振动响应分析,构造了系统的广义激振载荷向量和广义振动特征矩阵,建立了一个以构件质量参数为设计参数、以机座振动响应为目标函数的动平衡优化模型。
A general dynamic balancing method was proposed for high speed mechanism based on vibration response. Unlike the traditional approaches, this method aimed at reducing vibration re- sponse directly. By analyzing the vibration response in frequency domain, and forming generalized ex- citing load vector and generalized vibrational characteristic matrix, a dynamic balancing optimization model was established, where the mass parameter of mechanism and the vibration response of ground were employed as its design variable and objective function, respectively.
