磁共振影象技术对脑、脊髓占位性病变和先天畸形诊断的评价

The Clinical Diagnostic Value of MIR in Neurological Disease

摘要 本文报道20例脑、脊髓占位疾病及先天畸形,选用MRI影象诊断技术,CT扫描、脊髓碘水造影和DSA造影结果,进行对比分析。资料说明对位于脑中线结构、颅底、后颅凹、枕骨大孔附近和椎管内的病变,MRI检测明显优于其他3者。病变性质主要包括肿瘤、囊肿、动脉瘤或血管畸形,以及各类脑、脊髓先天性畸形及延脊空洞症。本文指出临床上选择性地应用MRI新技术是非常必要的。 A comparative analysis of the diagnostic results of CT scan of the brain, DSA, spinal myelography with Amipaque, and the new technique of magetic resonance imaging (MRI) in 20 cases of brain and spinal pathology is reported. Our data show that MRI is clealy superior to other techniques for the detection of lesions which are located in the central line of the base of the brain, in the posterior fossa of the skull near the foramen magnum, and for lesions within the spinal cord. These lesions mainly include tumor cyst, aneurysm or vascular malformation, congenital defects of the central nervous system, and syringomyelia.The authors state that it is necessary to apply the MRI technique selectively when trying to diagnose neurological disease.
