摘要
文章概述了创新思维的定义、形成、功能和基本特征,提出了运用创新思维改造传统思维的必要性,界定了高素质人才概念及其德才标准,分析了运用创新思维培养高素质人才的正确途径。
Innovative thinking is studied in terms of definition ,formation ,function ,and bas- ic features. The necessity of using innovative thinking to change the traditional is argued. The conception of high quality talents is defined with a proposal of the standard of morality and com- petence. The right means of training the high quality talents with innovative thinking is also an- alyzed here in this paper.
