摘要
建立了紫菜中三丁基锡(TBT)和三苯基锡(TPhT)化合物同时分析的高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法。紫菜样品用乙酸乙酯-正己烷(1/1,V/V)超声提取,提取液经活性炭固相材料分散净化后,高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析测定。TBT、TPhT均在4.0~20μg.L-1浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数分别为0.999 0,0.999 1,检测限分别为0.37,0.49μg.L-1。在3个添加水平下,TBT、TPhT的平均回收率为96.8%~112.6%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~9.3%。该方法快速、准确,可用于紫菜样品中TBT和TPhT的同时测定。
A new method was developed to simultaneous determine the tributyltin(TBT) and triphenyltin (TPhT) in laver by high performance liquid chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS). The laver sample was ultrasonically extracted with ethyl acetate-hexane (1/1, V/V) and dispersively purified by activated carbon as solid phase material. The sample extracts were deter- mined by HPLC-ICP-MS. The chromatographic separation condition of TBT and TPhT was optimized. The results illustrated good linearities between the analytical signal and analyte concentration in the range of 4.0-20μg.L^-1 with the correlation coefficients being 0. 999 0-0. 999 1. The detection limits of TBT and TPhT were 0.37 and 0.49 μg.L^-1 ,respectively. In the three spiked level,the average recoveries of TBT and TPhT located in the range of 96.8%-112.6% with relative standard derivation of 3.2%-9.3%. The proposed method is rapid,accurate and could be used to simultaneously detect TBT and TPhT in laver.
