46例双胎妊娠的临床分析与护理 被引量：1

摘要 一次妊娠2个胎儿时称为双胎妊娠，其发生率因地区和人种不同而有所不同，双胎妊娠时母婴并发症多、分娩时难产率高、围产儿死亡率明显高于单胎妊娠，因此，加强双胎妊娠围产期护理，可有效预防孕产妇并发症、合并症，降低围产儿死亡率。中牟县人民医院自2009年5月-2010年5月共收住双胎妊娠产妇46人，占总产妇数的15．7％0；
