摘要
次贷危机表明,金融消费者保护不足是导致危机发生的重要原因之一。本文在借鉴国际通行做法并结合我国实际基础上,提出明确我国金融消费者权益保护机构,及时制定或修订相关法律法规,完善金融消费者投诉处理机制与程序,不断加强消费者金融知识教育等建议。
The sub-prime crisis shows that weak financial consumer protection is a main driving force. This paper puts forward the following suggestions, including learning from the international practices, speeding up the construction of financial consumer protection agencies in China, amending the relevant laws and regulations, improving the financial consumer complaint mechanism, and strengthening consumer financial education.
