生态技术创新与传统技术创新的比较分析——基于可持续发展视角 被引量:3

A Comparative Analysis of Eco-technology Innovation and Traditional Technology Innovation——From the Perspective of Sustainable Development

摘要 传统技术创新以熊彼特理论为基础,认为创新是"建立一种新的生产函数",即把一种新的生产要素和生产条件的组合引入生产体系。生态技术创新则是在资源环境约束强度增大条件下,能够满足人类生态需求,减少生产与消费边际外部费用的支撑可持续发展的技术创新。随着可持续发展理念逐渐落实为行动,传统技术创新亟需向生态技术创新转化。从理论上厘清二者之间的关系,有利于在实践中科学制定政策,从而引导技术创新的生态化转向。 Traditional technology innovation is based on Schumpeter' s theory. In this theory, innovation is to es- tablish a new production function, and the combination of a new production factor and production condition is in- troduced to the production system. Eco-technology innovation is a kind of technology innovation which supports sustainable development. This innovation can meet the human ecological needs and reduce the marginal external costs of production and consumption under the conditions of increased intensity of resource and environment con- straints. With the implementation of sustainable development, the traditional technology innovation is crying out for the transformation into eco-technology innovation. To clarity the relationship between these two innovations in theory is beneficial to formulate the policy scientifically and guide the ecological steering of technology in prac- tice.
