摘要
控制维护管理系统(control maintenance management system,CMMS)集成是实现智能化电站的基础,信息安全是系统集成中的关键问题。为此提出了CMMS安全隔离设计方法,分析了大型电站CMMS的安全现状,对系统网络进行安全分区,加装安全隔离装置;设计了一种新的数据传输策略,保证安全隔离后系统原有功能能够正常使用;并给出了实现安全隔离的硬件、软件部署方案。该系统已在葛洲坝电站成功应用,安全测试与实际应用表明,安全隔离后的CMMS运行稳定可靠,安全防护效果显著。CMMS的安全隔离为控制、维护和管理系统集成的安全设计提供了参考解决方案。
The integration of control-maintenancemanagement system(CMMS) is the fundamental for the implementation of the intelligent power plants,and the information security is the key issue in the integration for system integration.For this reason,a method to design the security isolation of CMMS is proposed.Present security status of CMMS in large-scale power plants is analyzed,and the security partitioning of the system network is performed and additional security isolation devices are installed in the network channels where potential safety hazards exist;a novel data transmission strategy is designed to ensure that original functions of the system can be normally utilized after the security isolation is installed;a layout scheme for software and hardware to implement the security isolation is given.The proposed system is successfully applied in Gezhouba hydropower station;the results of security test and actual application show that after the security isolation the CMMS operates stably and reliably,so it is proved that the proposed method can provide obvious security protection effect.The proposed system is available for reference to the security design of the integration of the control-maintenance-management system.
