摘要
促进收费站科学发展,必须围绕"以人为本"这一核心,对外优化服务质量,对内提高管理水平。本文作者联系收费站建设的现状,系统阐述了"人"这一元素在收费站践行科学发展观中的重要作用,并就如何在收费站管理工作中做到"以人为本"作了较为全面的分析。
To promote scientific development of toll station, we must focus on "people-oriented" core, optimize service quality and improve the level of management. Combining with the status quo of toll station, the author of this paper sets out the important role of the "people" element in practicing scientific development view in toll station, and makes a more comprehensive analysis on how to implement "people-oriented" in the management of the toll station.
