摘要
在电力系统发生故障后,数字式继电保护中的数字滤波器的暂态响应速度将影响到故障的切除时间。文章分析了超高压电力线发生单相接地故障时电流中的指数分量,估算出与实际录波电流相近的衰减系数。将该指数分量和基波分量的叠加信号作为研究对象,讨论了设计零、极点数字滤波器时的极点位置对于数字滤波器的暂态响应速度的影响。在设计数字滤波器时要根据输入信号的特点,兼顾滤波性能和响应速度选择适当的极点位置。
When power failure occurs in power system, the transient response speed in relay protec- tion of a digital filter affects the fault cutoff speed of the digital filter. The exponent component of the transient current of extra high voltage (EHV) power line at single phase grounding faults was ana- lysed. An exponent component attenuation coefficient close to the recorded current wave at real sin- gle phase grounding fault was estimated. Based on the exponent component and the signal superposi- tion of the sine wave, the influences of poles' positions on the transient response speed of the digital filter were discussed. It is indicated that filtering capability and transient response speed be consid- ered in relation with the characteristics of inputted current signal when designing a digital filter.
