摘要
分析了影响塔式起重机安全的人、机、环境、管理等因素,选取了影响塔式起重机使用安全的指标,运用层次分析法(AHP)建立了塔式起重机安全评价指标体系。并用模糊综合评价方法建立了塔式起重机的安全评价模型,提出一套科学的用于塔式起重机安全评价的方法。最后,将该模型运用到某工地塔机的安全评价。评价结果分析,验证了模型的可行性与先进性。
Factors of man, machine, environment and management that affect the safety of tower cranes were analysed. The factors affecting the safety of the tower crane were indicated. A tower crane safety evaluation index model was established via analytical hierarchy process(AHP). A fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation model of tower crane was constructed. A set of safety evaluation methods of tower crane were presented. The model was applied in the safety evaluation of No. 3 tow- er crane at a construction site. Application examples show that the model is feasible and applicable.
