摘要
简要介绍近年来广西洪水灾害情况 ,提出在广西建设洪水预警预报系统的重要性 ,通过对柳州市洪水预警预报系统建成前后洪水预报手段和结果的对比分析 ,说明非工程措施对减少洪水灾害的经济和社会效益。
The author briefly introduced Guangxi flood disaster condition for recent years and pointed out the importance of building Guangxi flood prediction forewarning system.By comparative analyzing the Liuzhou flood forewarning means and results before and after building flood prediction forewarning system,the author put forward non engineering countermeasure's economic and society benefit for reducing flood disaster.
