MicroRNA与乳腺癌侵袭转移的关系 被引量:5

摘要 文献报道显示乳腺原位癌与侵袭癌相关microRNA种类既有相同者,也有相异者。乳腺癌相关microRNA对癌变和(或)转移的调控能力有的兼具二者,有的仅具其一。microRNA对乳腺癌侵袭、转移的作用包括调控癌细胞迁徙、侵袭与生存能力,改变微环境与促进血管生成及启动瘤细胞上皮——间质转变。乳腺癌干细胞在microRNA调控下不仅促进乳腺癌发生,也与癌侵袭转移的发生、发展密切相关。
