非小细胞肺癌组织中CD133和ALDH1的表达及其临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cells,CSC)标记物CD133及乙酰脱氢酶1(aldehyde dehydrogenas1,ALDH1)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测67例NSCLC组织中CD133和ALDH1蛋白的表达。结果(1)CD133和ALDH1在32例NSCLC有淋巴结转移组阳性率均为78.13%,在35例NSCLC无淋巴结转移组的阳性率分别为48.57%和51.43%,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与患者年龄、性别、吸烟史、肿瘤大小、组织学类型及组织分化程度均无关(P均>0.05)。(2)CD133和ALDH1蛋白阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.389,P<0.05),CD133与AL-DH1共表达与NSCLC的淋巴结转移和组织分化程度密切相关(P均<0.05)。结论肺癌干细胞标记物CD133和AL-DH1可能在NSCLC的淋巴结转移及组织分化中发挥重要作用,尤其是二者共表达可能作为评估转移及进展的观测指标之一。
