基于系统动力学的体系作战能力生成模式研究 被引量:4

A System-dynamics-based Study of the Generation of System Combat Capabilities

摘要 加快转变军队作战能力生成模式是信息化条件下军队转型和科学发展的重要目标。本文运用系统动力学的反馈分析方法,建立了系统超循环结构,构造了体系作战能力生成模式的系统动力学模型,应用Vensim软件进行了模拟仿真,并对不同的政策调控进行分析,结果表明,所建立模型能有效提示部队体系作战能力生成系统的基本运行机理,为部队建设的科学发展提供理论参考和决策依据。 It is an important goal of military transformation and scientific development to accelerate the transformation patterns of the combat capabilities under the information condition. This paper, using the feedback method of system dynamics, establishes a super-loop structure to analyze the system, and constructs a system dynamics model of the patterns of the combat capabilities to generate. It applies the Vensim simulation software and analyses different control policies. The results show that the model can effectively prompt the basic operation mechanism of the patterns of combat capabilities to generate. The result provides theoretical reference and basis the decision making of army.
