喉罩通气全身麻醉下经可弯曲气管镜介入治疗窒息性气管狭窄三例 被引量：8

摘要 近年来，随着介入技术的发展，很多以往需要手术治疗或无法治疗的气道腔内病变可采用介入治疗获得治愈。不同原因导致的气管重度阻塞伴有极度缺氧的患者可出现缺氧性心脏骤停并死亡，这种严重的气管狭窄临床上称为窒息性气管狭窄，需要紧急通畅气道，快速纠正缺氧，防止猝死。由于此类患者病情危急，选择合适的介入治疗工具及方法十分重要，
