摘要 低压易漏地层在固井过程中易发生漏失,因此低压易漏地层固井要求降低水泥浆密度。介绍了一种能满足低压易漏地层的密度为1.20~1.50g/cm3低密度高强度水泥浆体系,该体系引入了一种根据紧密堆积理论开发的增强材料DRB-1S,DRB-1S能够使漂珠低密度水泥浆体系具有良好的稳定性及密实性。低密度高强度水泥浆性能评价结果表明:该水泥浆体系稠化时间易调,失水量低于50mL,24h抗压强度高于10MPa,体系稳定,满足固井施工要求。 It is prone to leakage while cementing in the low-pressured leakiness formation,thus low density cement is required for cementing in such formations.A low density and high strength cement slurry system is introduced to meet the low-pressured leakiness formation with density between 1.20g/cm3 and 1.50g/cm3,which introduces a new reinforcing material DRB-1S excogitated according to close packing theory.DRB-1S can make low density slurry system have good stability and compactness.Performance evaluation results show that thickening time of cement slurry is easy to adjust,fluid loss is under 50ml,compressive strength is higher than 10MPa/24h,stability is good,so the low density and high strength cement slurry system can meet the requirements of cementing.
