摘要
随着钻采工艺不断向高温、高压和复杂深部地层方面的发展,油气井开采的工况条件也越来越复杂,这对于井下作业中的关键工具—封隔器提出了更高的要求。而封隔器工作的好坏,密封是关键,因此胶筒则成为封隔器密封的核心。封隔器胶筒设计是否合理、有效直接影响到井下作业技术上和经济上的可行性。主要从压缩式封隔器胶筒的选材、结构设计、工作环境等几个方面综合考虑,简单论述对于压缩式封隔器胶筒的设计思路和优化方法,并对参数的选择提供相关设计依据。
It is more difficult to design a packer available to the reserve with a high temperature and pressure, which is usually located in a deeper formation with a more complicated condition.Nevertheless,it is commonly believed that the rubber plays an important role as an essential component of sealing in maintaining the conventional performance of packer.More importantly,the rubber has an effect on the feasibility of down -hole operation with regard to the technical and economic concerns.Under such a circumstance,this paper gives an introduction to the conceptual design of compression packer rubber and its optimization in terms of the material choice,structure design and operational conditions as well,and also provides the concept with a designed base by introducing the related parameters.
