摘要
镁合金焊接接头的软化问题一直制约着镁合金材料在焊接结构中的应用。本文就镁合金焊接接头的软化原因做了简要分析,采用了一种深冷处理的新方法来强化镁合金焊接接头。试验结果表明,深冷处理能够提高镁合金焊接接头的力学性能。
The softening of magnesium alloy welding joint has been restricting the application of magnesium alloy material in the welding structure. In this paper, the causes of softening were briefly analyzed, and a new method of using deep cryogenic treatment to strengthen the welding joint of magnesium alloy was proposed as well. The results show that the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy welding joint can be effectively improved after the deep cryogenic treatment.
