摘要
白车身尺寸工程是汽车开发的重要环节,对整车品质有着重要影响。文章系统地阐述了白车身尺寸工程的各项工作内容,包括DTS的制定、定位策略及公差的设定与分析优化、GD&T图的设计、测量点和测量策略的制定、检具的规划、车身精度调试方法、车身尺寸精度监控。
Dimensional engineering of body-in-white has been an important part in vehicle development, which affects the quality of vehicle significantly. In this paper, the contents involved in dimensional engineering are explained in details, in- cluding DTS designing, Reference Point System designing, tolerance designing and analysis , GD＆T designing, Inspection Points and Inspection Strategy designing, Check Fixture planning, Body Dimensional Precision Improvement methods, Body Dimensional Precision inspection and control.
