水热法制备核壳结构的纳米Ag-Fe_2O_3复合氧化物

The fabrication of Ag-Fe_2O_3 core-shell nanocomposite oxide by the hydrothermal method

摘要 在PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)辅助下用水热法制备Ag-Fe2O3核壳结构的纳米复合粒子,利用XRD、TEM、磁性测量系统对产品进行了表征,研究了水热温度、时间及表面活性剂等因素对产品形貌的影响.结果表明:在水热温度为120℃时,粒子直径约为60nm,温度升高和反应时间增加都使粒子直径增大;产品在120℃和180℃时,剩磁量分别为0.002 2和0.003 4emu/g,矫顽力分别为245.16和313.98Oe. The polyvinilpirrolidone (PVP) assisted the preparation of Ag-Fez 03 core-shell nanocompos- ite oxide is developed by the hydrothermal method. The structures of nanocomposite oxide are characterized through X ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and super-conducting quantum interference device magnetometer (SQUID). The morphology of products affected by the hydrothermal temperature, time and surfactants are also investigated. The results showed that the nanoparticles in diameter were 60 nm, which are fabricated at 120 ℃. The diameters of nanoparticles increase with the temperature and the reaction time increasing. The saturation magnetization and the coercivity of the resulting products fabrication under the temperature at 120 ℃ and 180 ℃ were 0. 002 2, 0. 003 4 emu/g and 245.16, 313.98 Oe, respectively.
