摘要
利用3#、4#、5#高炉扒炉机会,对3座高炉炉底、炉缸、炉缸残砖进行跟踪测量和取样化验,摸清了3座高炉炉底、炉缸的侵蚀状况,初步分析了造成侵蚀的主要原因,提出了延长炉底、炉缸寿命的设想和措施。
Measurement and sampling test were taken for the bottom of BF, hearth bottom and residue brick of #3 blast furnace while raking out # 3, # 4 and # 5 blast furnace. The erosion condition of hearth and bottom of #3 BF is made clear. Some suggestions and measures have been put forward based on analysis on the main causes.
