摘要
通过对穿管工艺和冷镦工艺生产的轴承内套圈进行对比分析,结果表明,冷镦工艺在碳化物网状、金属纤维流线和脱碳层方面明显优于穿管工艺,碳化物液析和碳化物带状两种工艺相差不大,硬度方面穿管工艺明显优于冷镦工艺。综合比较,冷镦工艺优势明显。
Based on comparative analysis of bearing inner ring produced by means of pipe lining technology and cold heading technology, cold heading technology in carbide network, metal fiber flow line and decarburization is much better than pipe lining technology. The two technologies have no much difference between carbide eliquation and carbide band. Hardness of cold heading technology is better than pipe lining technology. Cold heading process has obvious advantages.
