摘要
面对灾难、生命、自然的一次次较量,重塑国民的防灾减灾意识,树立对生命负责的大安全观是根本。据此,本文自培育公众安全文化入手,从理论与实践、宏观与微观上探讨适合中国国情的安全文化建设,进而强调安全文化教育的核心在增强理念,传授安全自护知识与能力,让安全文化教育遵循知识递进规律的过程。
Facing to the challenges among disaster, life and nature, it is necessary to remodel people＇s awareness of disaster prevention and reduction, and establish the macro safety view of being responsible for the life. This is also the underlying premise. Accordingly, this paper proceeds from training public security culture and discusses the safety cultural construction which would be suitable for china＇s national condition on the theory and practice, macroscopic and microscopic aspect. It is emphasized that the core of safety ed- ucation is to master the knowledge and ability of security self-care which is based on strengthening the con- cept. Thus, safety education will follow knowledge progressive process.
