摘要
介绍了新一代基于以太网技术的测井系统,通过网络互联的测井系统可以实现资源共享,简化系统的配置与设计,提高系统的可操作性、可维护性和可靠性,使上层管理决策、调度与优化等任务与现场设备的控制任务连接到一起,降低测井系统的实施成本。网络化测井系统技术已经成功地应用到LEAP800测井系统中,该系统是一个网络化、模块化和开放的平台,它的电缆传输系统上传和下传速率分别达到了1 000kbit/s和50kbit/s,完全满足网络化系统的需要;LEAP800测井系统做到了小于5ms精度的时间同步,保证了测井系统良好精度,运用实时操作系统很好地解决了大数据量实时处理的问题。
Networked well logging system has been a new direction for well logging research these years. Introduced is a new generation of Ethernet-based well logging system which implements resource sharing, simplifies system configuration and design, enhances system operability, maintainability and reliability, makes assignments such as upper-level management strategy, control and optimization connect with control assignments of on-site equipments and therefore cuts the implementation cost of well logging system. Networked well logging system has been successfully applied to LEAP 800 well logging system developed independently by the Well Logging Technology Center of Great Wall Drilling Company. This system is a comprehensive and open network modeling platform. The upstream and downstream data rate of its telemetry system reaches up to 1 000 kbit/s and 50 kbit/s respectively, which meets the requirements of networked system. LEAP 800 well logging system achieves time synchronization with maximum tolerance of less than 5 ms, ensures favorable accuracy of the well logging system, and solves a real-time high-throughput data processing problem.
