长洪岭隧道近距下穿江池镇高效减震爆破技术试验 被引量:1

摘要 依托渝利铁路长洪岭隧道近距下穿地表城镇(江池镇)减震爆破施工,通过使用电子毫秒电雷管开展减震爆破试验。试验以爆破震动波的干扰降震原理为指导,结合以往工程使用非电毫秒延期导爆管雷管的减震爆破技术,并进行爆破减震动监测,优化爆破参数,形成了在30 m左右近距条件下爆破振速低于1.0 cm/s的电子毫秒电雷管全断面减震爆破开挖技术,达到了近距下穿地表城镇时降低隧道爆破振速、确保地表建筑物安全的目的。同时,拓展了在近距条件下隧道钻爆法使用范围,减少了临时支护,提高了施工工效。 Changhongling tunnel on Chongqing-Lichuan railway crosses underneath Jiangchi town. In the construction of the town-crossing section of the tunnel, vibration-minimizing blasting tests are performed by using electronic detonators. The mentioned tests are carried out under the guidance of interference vibration-minimizing theory. The vibration-mini- mizing blasting is monitored, and the blasting parameters are optimized. Full-face vibration-minimizing blasting technol- ogy with electronic detonators, which achieves less than 1.0 em/s blasting vibration velocity under the condition of about 30 m distance, is established. In the end, the blasting vibration velocity is reduced, the safety of the surface buildings is guaranteed, the primary support of the tunnel is reduced and the construction efficiency is improved.
