盐度对花尾胡椒鲷胚胎和仔鱼的影响 被引量:22

摘要 将花尾胡椒鲷 (Plectorhynchuscinctus)受精卵置于不同盐度的水体中进行孵化。结果表明 ,当盐度≤ 2 6 .47时 ,花尾胡椒鲷受精卵沉于水底 ;当盐度≥30 .1 2时 ,花尾胡椒鲷受精卵浮于水面。以孵化率和畸形率为指标 ,花尾胡椒鲷胚胎发育的适宜盐度范围为 1 1 .2 0~ 45 .1 7,最适盐度范围为 2 6 .47~ 37.95。初孵仔鱼在盐度≤ 2 0 .99的水中沉入水底 ,盐度≥ 2 6 .47则上浮。本文还报道了将 1 3日龄的仔鱼置于不同盐度的水中进行培育的结果。 This paper deals with the effects of salinity on fertilized eggs and larvae of yellow spotted grunt ( Plectorhynchus cinctus ).Under different saline conditions, the sinking and buoyancy of the fertilized eggs, the hatching rate, the distribution status and the survival rates of the larvae have been observed. The results show that the fertilized eggs of yellow spotted grunt are demersal at the salinity below 26.47 and float on the surface of the water at the salinity above 30.12. The fertilized eggs can develop into larvae at salinity between 11.20 and 45.17,and the most optimum salinity is 26.47~37.95. The newly hatching larvae are demersal at the salinity below 20.99 and float on the surface of the water at the salinity above 26.47.The survival rates of the larvae 13 days posthatching are highest at salinity of 29.00.
