摘要
在我国全寿命周期造价管理将成为今后造价管理的主流,但目前的造价信息系统多针对全过程造价管理模式,难以满足全寿命周期造价管理要求,因此建立针对全寿命周期造价管理信息系统。一是在全寿命周期造价管理的思想、理论、方法基础上,分析该信息系统的应有特征及功能,结合系统实现所需要的技术支撑,建立以BIM为技术核心,以C/S+B/S为网络架构的造价管理信息系统,给出了系统中各模块的具体实现功能,以及信息系统在全寿命周期各阶段的集成运作。
The life cycle cost management will be as mainstream cost management mode in China. But in current, Chinese cost information systems are mainly aiming at the whole process cost management. Therefore, setting up a cost information system is an urgent affairs which aims at the life cycle cost management. Based on the theoretical approaches and organizational form, this article analyses characteristics and functions of such information system. Combining the various technical supports of the information system construction, the information system is established with building information modeling (BIM) as technical core and C/S+B/S as the network architecture. Furthermore this paper conceives specific functions of each modules of such system and elaborates integrated operations about the participants in every stage of project life cycle.
