摘要
为了研究VBNC状态沙门菌特异性基因,探讨细菌VBNC状态发生机制,试验应用cDNA代表性差异分析技术(cDNA-RDA)对VBNC状态沙门菌特异性基因进行筛选及分析。结果表明:经过3轮差减杂交后,获得8条差异基因片段;分析差异基因功能,推测其中5条差异基因可能与沙门菌VBNC状态发生机制以及合成蛋白相关。
To study the Salmonella-specific genes in the VBNC state,and to explore the bacterial VBNC mechanisms,The method of cDNA-RDA was used to screen and analyze the Salmonella-specific gene in the VBNC state.The results showed that after three rounds subtractive hybridization,eight differential gene fragments were obtained.It was presumed that among them,there were five differential genes that may be related to the occurrence mechanism of VBNC and protein synthesis using the functional analysis of differential genes.
