摘要
红外热像测温技术能够实现远距离、大面积以及设备具体部位的快速扫描,是发现电气设备缺陷行之有效的手段。用红外热像仪检测发现一220 kV隔离开关支柱绝缘子存在局部温度异常,结合绝缘子本体温度及外表情况判断该支柱绝缘子存在局部缺陷,并进行了处理,确定绝缘子瓷瓶发生异常的原因主要是长期运行在恶劣环境下出现老化或秽污所致。结合运行情况最终决定换掉此发热严重的支柱绝缘子,并针对此类情况提出了建议及预防措施,探讨了红外热像测温技术在高压电气设备缺陷诊断中的有效性。
The temperature measurement technology of infrared thermal imaging can realize the rapid scanning in long distance, to large area and to specific parts of equipment, which is an effective way to discover electrical equipment defects. The abnormal temperature of a post insulator of 220 kV disconnector is detected by infrared image detector,and by combining with the body temperature and the apparent condition of the post insulator, it can be inferred that the post insulator exists partial defects. The main reason of defects is the aging or filthy of insulator under severe operation environment for a long time. The post insulator was replaced considering the operation condition. Suggestions and prevention measures are proposed for such situation. The effectiveness of defect diagnosis in high voltage electrical equipment by temperature measurement technology of Infrared thermal Imaging is discussed.
