摘要
通过对灌装阀、灌装阀驱动、升盒等机构的研究,了解灌装的过程和原理,得出了灌装系统对提高包装质量、包装卫生和安全有着重要作用。灌装系统是屋顶形包装机的重要组成部分之一。通过对物料供给系统的研究,论述了物料供给控制、料缸和灌装阀的CIP清洗等工艺过程。
According to be research on the mechanism such as the filling valve, the filling valve drive and the liters box etc, it was known about the process and principle of the filling mechanism, and obtained that filling system which was important to be improved the packaging quality, the packaging health and safety. The filling system was one of important parts of the roof form packaging machine. Then according to be researched on the material supply system, it was discussed some technical processes such as the material supply control, the CIP cleaning of material cylinder and filling valve etc.
