摘要
采用液相色谱串联质谱法对动物源食品中的克伦特罗残留量进行测定。建立了克伦特罗残留量测定的数学模型,分析了测量结果不确定度的来源,对各个不确定度分量进行计算并合成标准不确定度,求得样品中克伦特罗残留量为0.513μg/kg时的扩展不确定度为0.030μg/kg。
The uncertainty for determination of clenbuterol residues in foodstuffs of animal origin by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry is described. A mathematic model for measuring clenbuterol residues is established. The uncertainty sources of test results are analyzed. Each component uncertainty is ealculated through analyzing. The combined standard uncertainty is obtained and the expanded uncertainty is calculated as 0. 030 μg,/kg while the elenbuterol residue in the sample is 0. 513 μg/kg.
