高速螺旋流在水力提升系统内的压力损失计算

Calculation on pressure loss of high speed spiral flow in hydraulic lifting system

摘要 运用浆体管道输送理论,探讨了高速螺旋流在扬矿管内的5种压力损失形式,推导出压力损失的数学模型。通过数值模拟计算,得出理论研究与实际压力损失误差在5%之内,表明该数学模型能够满足工程计算的要求。 Based on slurry pipe transportation theory, the paper studied five forms of pressure loss of high speed spiral flow in the hydraulic lifting pipe, and deduced mathematical model of the pressure loss. After numerical simulation and calculation, it was concluded that the error between theoretical pressure loss and practical one was within 6%, which showed that the mathematical model could meet requirements of engineering calculation.
