改性海泡石对聚丙烯复合材料性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Modified Sepiolite on Properties of Polypropylene Composites

摘要 制备了聚丙烯(PP)/改性海泡石复合材料,采用SEM、XRD、DSC、TG等测试方法对该复合材料的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:改性处理的海泡石在PP基材中分散均匀;少量改性海泡石的引入增大了PP的结晶度以及微晶尺寸,并且提高了PP材料的热稳定性和力学性能。 Polypropylene(PP)/modified sepiolite composites was prepared,and the structure and properties of the composite were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and thermogravimetric(TG) analysis.The results show that the modified sepiolite disperses evenly in PP;the crystallization degree and crystallite size of PP increases with the small amount of modified sepiolite,and also the thermal stability and mechanical properties of PP improve.
