摘要
改革开放以来的四次国家教育规划是我国进行重大教育决策、部署教育发展战略的主要轨迹。梳理分析四次国家教育规划,可以发现它们具有备受党和政府重视、内容全面且重点突出、注重科学性与规范性等特点。我国国家教育规划的影响主要在于:开创了一条有中国特色的教育发展道路;在教育事业的各个领域取得了巨大进步;加快了人们的思想解放,促进了我国教育国际化。在我国国家教育规划过程中,也存在着决策程序不够科学化、一些改革步伐不够大、部分改革缺乏保障机制及难以落到实处等不足及问题。
Four national education planning since the reform and opening up are the main orbit of the major education dicision and educational development strategy in China.Carding and analysis four national education planning, you can find some features, such as The Party and the government attaches great importance, content is comprehensive and focused,pay attention to scientific and standardized,and so on.The influences of China's national education planing include:creating a way of education development with Chinese characteristics;all areas of education has made great progress;accelerated the thought emancipation of the people, and promote the internationalization of our education.But there are some prolems,such as not enough scientific decision-making procedures, small pace of reform, lack of protection mechanisms and difficult to implement.
